Job Description – Core Sales Telecalling Executive (US Travel Process)
Role: Drive outbound and inbound ticket sales for the US market. Handle end-to-end customer queries on flights, pricing, changes, cancellations, and itinerary management. Execute high-volume calling with accuracy and conversion discipline.
Requirements:
• Direct experience in US travel sales.
• Proven performance on PPC and Meta calls.
• Full operational command of Amadeus and relevant CMS tools.
• Mastery of airline fare rules, routing logic, seat classes, addons, and ticketing workflows.
• Ability to close sales under pressure without script dependence.
• Clear communication, fast recall, and error-free transaction handling.
• Mandatory proximity to Gurugram with capacity for full-time onsite work at Udyog Vihar Phase 4.
Function:
• Convert leads from PPC and Meta streams.
• Sell tickets with precision on fares, upsells, penalties, and alternative routing.
• Resolve customer issues across schedule changes, confirmations, voids, refunds, and reissues.
• Maintain strict compliance with process, call quality, and documentation.
• Operate on US shift hours.
