Tele calling Executives – International Inbound & Outbound Process. We are seeking experienced Tele calling Executives for our International Inbound and Outbound Process. The ideal candidate must possess fluent English communication skills and prior experience in the travel industry (PPC CALLS AND META LEADS). Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients. Assist customers with travel bookings, queries, and itinerary planning. Provide exceptional customer service and support related to air travel and ticketing. Manage and follow up on leads generated via PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and Meta travel calls. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry. Prior experience in international voice processes is mandatory. Proficiency in Amadeus or any other GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms. Hands-on experience with air ticketing and customer handling. Familiarity with platforms like Expedia, Meta travel networks, or similar is a plus. Candidates must currently reside in Delhi, Gurgaon, or nearby areas.
