Telecalling Executives – International Inbound Process We are seeking experienced Telecalling Executives for our International Inbound Process . The ideal candidate must have fluent English communication skills and prior experience in the travel industry . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from international clients. Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries. Provide exceptional service and support related to air travel and ticketing. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry. Prior experience in international voice processes is mandatory. Proficiency in Amadeus or other GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms. Hands-on experience in air ticketing . Working knowledge of platforms such as Expedia or similar travel companies is a plus. Candidates must be currently residing in Delhi , Gurgaon , or nearby areas.
