About Position: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Core Java Programmer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and design skills, hands-on experience with multithreading, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Role: Core Java Developer Location: Pune and Bangalore Experience: 6 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Core Java. Apply object-oriented design principles to build maintainable systems. Implement and manage multithreaded processes for performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Expertise You'll Bring: Core Java expertise with a strong understanding of its fundamentals. Good coding skills with attention to performance and maintainability. Good design skills including OOP and design patterns. Multithreading and concurrency experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas). Familiarity with development tools like Git, Maven, IntelliJ/Eclipse. Exposure to REST APIs, JDBC, or Spring Framework is a plus.
