About the Role

We're looking for a Copywriter who can become the voice of a D2C brand across everything a customer touches, feels and reads. If you believe that words can shift perception, build trust, create desire and spark community, this role is for you!

 

Responsibilities

1. Brand & Content Writing

  • Maintain consistent brand tonality across ads, social media, website, PDPs, emailers, landing pages, packaging copy, and more.
  • Translate brand strategy into powerful stories that educate, inspire, and convert.
  • Create engaging, sharp scripts for reels, influencers, founders’ videos, and brand films.

2. Community Building & Communication

  • Help build, manage, and nurture the brand's communities on WhatsApp & Instagram.
  • Share updates, insights, ritual-led content, and thoughtful conversations that keep the community connected.
  • Maintain a strong yet empathetic brand presence inside our groups.

3. Cross-Brand Engagement

  • Initiate and manage conversations with other clean beauty, wellness, fragrance, and lifestyle brands in the ecosystem.
  • Assist in co-branded campaigns and cultural collaborations.

4. Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, performance marketing, brand managers, and founders to shape cohesive storytelling
  • Partner with influencers to script, storyboard, and deliver content that feels authentic and aligned with our clean philosophy.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within beauty, wellness, skincare, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong command of English with the ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy across formats (ads, website, product pages, emailers, campaigns).
  • Ability to translate brand tonality into consistent messaging across digital platforms.
  • Experience writing performance-driven ad copy for Meta/Google is a plus.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, D2C environments with quick turnaround times.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, especially within beauty and wellness.
  • Ability to brainstorm, ideate, and collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail from ingredients to aromas to product benefits.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work (beauty, wellness, lifestyle strongly preferred).
