Job Role

The Content Writer at The Pephouse will be responsible for creating compelling, creative, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver engaging narratives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original and engaging content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, ad copies, scripts, and marketing campaigns
• Write clear, persuasive, and creative copy aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
• Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content
• Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and marketing strategists to execute campaigns
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand voice
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Incorporate SEO best practices where required

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role (agency experience is a plus)
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to write in different tones and styles depending on brand requirements
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
