We're looking for a proactive and client-focused individual to join our dynamic Client Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Creative, SEO, Ads, Web Development, etc.).
• Understand client briefs, business needs, and campaign objectives to ensure effective communication with internal departments.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients.
• Monitor project timelines, performance, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups to manage expectations and satisfaction.
• Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in strategic planning and brainstorming for client campaigns.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing terminologies (SEO, PPC, social media, creatives, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
