2. CoPilot Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Microsoft CoPilot Studio Specialist with deep
expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and CoPilot
Studio (including custom topics, actions, generative AI integration). The ideal candidate should also
have hands-on experience with Azure App Registrations, OAuth, and custom integrations with
external systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle APIs).
This role will be pivotal in designing and delivering intelligent solutions across business units,
focusing on automation, digital documentation, and AI-driven interactions for citizen developers and
business users.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft CoPilot Studio bots for internal enterprise applications.
Build advanced Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse and
SharePoint.
Create and configure Azure App Registrations for secure API access and custom connector usage.
Lead and implement custom integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle,
REST/SOAP APIs).
Work closely with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
Implement custom topics, generative answers, and plugins/actions within CoPilot Studio for
business scenarios.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards across all solutions.
Participate in Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including training, support, and
documentation for citizen developers.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications and bots.
Stay updated with Microsoft s Power Platform and CoPilot Studio enhancements.

authentication.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with custom connectors and secure data transmission protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
