We are seeking an experienced Copado Release Manager with a strong background in Salesforce to lead our release management efforts. As a Copado Release Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless releases while maintaining the integrity of our systems. Skills & requirements:

Minimum of
5+ years
of experience as a Copado Release Manager, including hands-on administration of the Copado platform.
At least 3 years in Copado release management, with a focus on Salesforce.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and methodologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex release issues and dependencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
