Job Description

· Motivate, train, and supervise team members to maintain high standards of performance. · Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment. · Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events while balancing costs. · Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and operational protocols. · Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and reporting to ensure seamless back-of-house operations. · Ensure every customer interaction is positive and exceeds expectations. · Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism. · Oversee cash handling procedures and POS accuracy. · Submit daily sales and event reports as required. · Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition. · Implement and monitor cleaning schedules for back-of-house and front-of-house areas. · Conduct regular check-ins and provide feedback to team members. · Address performance issues and communicate updates to management promptly.
