This role is central to ensuring uninterrupted security service delivery across client sites. The KAM will serve as the single point of contact during the night for all client locations, managing escalations, coordinating with field officers and guards, and ensuring swift resolution of operational issues. Key Responsibilities:Monitor security operations across all client sites during the night. Maintain continuous communication with site supervisors, field officers, and client representatives. Handle any operational issues, staff absenteeism, or emergencies in real-time. Coordinate immediate backup/replacements in case of absenteeism or breakdown. Escalate serious matters to senior leadership as per SOPs. Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports. Ensure SOPs, schedules, and emergency protocols are followed across sites. Key Requirements:Proven experience in managing client operations, preferably in security/facility management. Strong communication skills (Hindi and English).
