EESL is currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Control Engineer for their Battery Pack Manufacturing Location in Prantij, Gujarat. As an Assistant Manager - Control Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating and developing software protocols with Siemens S7-1500 and 1200 series. Your role will involve troubleshooting conveying line equipments and DC nut runners, conducting Site acceptance tests with clients, and ensuring the uptime of pack and module line equipments. Key skills and experience required for this role include: - Experience in handling equipments like Conveyors, Lifters, AMR, and Robots - Qualification as a Software Engineer with experience in reputed Auto OEM industries or automation integrators - Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1200/1500 series and drive programming - Ability to develop programs on Siemens HMI and interface barcode scanners with PLC - Experience with servo (Sinamics) and MES integration with PLC - Proficiency in SQL database software such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and ManageEngine - Exposure to CCD systems and integrated CCD system on robots - Ability to teach KUKA robots for in-house applications - Knowledge of C-Sharp language programming is an added advantage Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects to define requirements. You will perform data analysis to assess operational performance, identify issues, and propose design improvements. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the development of validation documentation, troubleshooting HIOKI tester integrated with main lines, and programming coding in C-sharp.
