Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure sequential arrival and issue of material at the site
Setting up laydown area with proper storage of materials.
Ensure quality construction standards, QAP and the use of proper construction techniques
Completing construction within the stipulated cost and time for the AHP package
Ensuring health & hygienic stay of the large workforce and compliance to their PF & ESI
Provision of safe working platforms to all equipment
Handover the plant to Operating team with the finger-print data of machines, critical spares, special tools & tackles and through protocols.
Closing of punch points & closure of contract

Key Responsibilities

Successful commissioning of all systems while delivering PG test parameters
Responsible for design and layout of Ash collection, storage, ash conveying to ash pond, ash loading for various modes of utilization, etc.
Responsible for all mech work pertaining to structure, bottom ash and fly ash handling equipment, silo equipment, piping, conveyors, belt laying, HCSD system, ash unloading into rake, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Total Experience of 10-15 years or more in thermal plants
Minimum 7 years in management of Ash Handling Plant of large Power Project.
Experience with 600 MW or higher size is added advantage
