Required qualification and skills

1) BE Electrical/Electronics/Electronics telecommunications

2) Should have knowledge and experience of Siemens

3) Should have knowledge and experience of PLC, HMI & SCADA programming of special

purpose machines.

4) Should have knowledge of LD (Ladder Diagram) and SCL (Structured Control Language)

5) Should be able to do programming of Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC from scratch.

6) Should be able to do programming on TIA Portal Software, Micro win Smart Software.

7) Should be able to develop program for small automation projects having multiple machines.

8) Should have essential knowledge of safety protocol and IOT

9) Should be able to design basic machine control circuit design, electrical circuit design and

electrical part selection based on the application. Software – Eplan or Autocad

10) Should able to understand and suggest electrical wiring and circuits requirements.

11) Should be familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic system.

12) Should be able to handle multiple projects

13) Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance

14) Should have knowledge of industry 4.0

15) Good communication skill, must be fluent in English, should have a valid passport

16) To work as per UK time zones as per requirement

Job description –

1) Design and develop control systems using PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Delta).

2) Write, test, and debug PLC programs to control industrial machinery and processes.

3) Configure and integrate HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC).

4) Develop electrical control panel schematics and documentation.

5) Perform system integration, commissioning, and on-site support for automation projects.

6) Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams during project development.

7) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uptime and performance.

8) Maintain and update technical documentation, including PLC code, I/O lists, and wiring

diagrams.

9) Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety and industry standards.

10) Provide training and support to maintenance and operations staff on new systems.

11) To study customer RFQ and analyze the technical requirement

12) To prepare program from scratch for new projects and if required use old data to modify as

per requirement

13) Perform in house test prior to machine dispatch.

14) Take part in project discussion for timely execution of project.

15) Effective interaction with internal & external customer, to travel as per project requirement.

16) Ensure effective programming in terms of accuracy and time

17) Panel testing and commissioning

18) Ensuring problem resolution
