Daily coordination with vendors for on-time vehicle placement (FTL & Part Load).
Real-time GPS/tele-calling-based tracking of in-transit vehicles.
Proactive escalation of delays, diversions, or route issues to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relations with market vendors for different vehicle types.
Negotiate rates and availability as per requirement across zones.
Ensure vendor compliance with documentation, load instructions & timely dispatch.
Operate from centralised control room managing all live shipments PAN India.
Monitor end-to-end visibility: from indent placement pickup delivery POD.
Provide periodic updates and exception reports to senior management.
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) between Sales(Customer), Operations, Vendors & Clients.
Resolve en-route issues in real-time (driver behavior, route, loading/unloading delays).
Ensure alignment with SLAs and client expectations.
Maintain daily MIS, shipment tracker, and vendor billing inputs.
Record PODs and ensure submission timelines are met.
Prepare control tower dashboards for performance tracking.
Strong coordination & communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Experience in transport operations, preferably in FTL / Part Load segment.
Good understanding of truck types, routes, geography.
Basic MS Excel & system update knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational or extended shifts (if needed).
2–5 years in logistics/transportation industry in operations/control tower role.
Qualification:
Graduate (any stream) – preference to candidates with logistics exposure.
