Job Responsibilities that you will cherish:

• Learn and work on Siemens, Rockwell & Emerson Platforms.
• Generate effort estimate and define scope of work for new proposals.

·       Generate technical documentations such as Functional Design Specifications, Test Procedures and Operator Manuals etc.

• Development of PLC/HMI/SCADA (Hardware and Software), IoT and MES / APC projects as per ISA standards.
• Program complex code in PLC, DCS, APCs and other control systems like OTS.
• Test the control systems in accordance with engineering standards.

Eligible Candidates:

• Can demonstrate high aptitude in DCS, PLC, SCADA programming in SFC, FBD, Ladder logic, Structured Text.

·       Understanding of entire project lifecycle (SDLC) i.e., design, implementation, configuration, FAT and commissioning.

·       Strong knowledge and hands on experience in:

·       Siemens S7 series: 400/ 400H & 1500 PLCs and PCS 7

·       Allen Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix

·       HMI and SCADA systems of Siemens WinCC, Archestra (System Platform), and Inductive Automation Ignition.

·       Experience on Motion control applications will be highly valued

·       Well verse in understanding P&IDs, Control narratives, C&E, interlock logic, control system architectures and network diagrams, communication Protocols

·       Communicates well at all levels (both verbally and written).

·       Degree in Instrumentation and Control or similar

Experience:

·       1 to 7 years related experience with a blend of application software development, hardware and commissioning experience.
