Control Room Executives - Security - Copper

Purpose/Objective

To monitor and manage plant-wide security operations from the central control room, ensuring real-time surveillance, incident response coordination, and compliance with safety protocols. This role is critical in maintaining situational awareness and supporting emergency preparedness in a high-risk industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems, access control, perimeter intrusion detection, and other electronic security infrastructure. - Incident Response Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for security incidents; escalate and coordinate with field teams and emergency services. - Data Logging and Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of security events, access violations, and system alerts; generate daily and incident-specific reports. - System Health Checks: Conduct routine checks of control room equipment and escalate technical issues to maintenance or IT teams. - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to plant security protocols, including visitor management, contractor access, and restricted area controls. - Communication Hub: Serve as the communication center during emergencies, coordinating with plant leadership and external agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree or diploma. - Experience: 1–4 years in industrial security operations, preferably in hazardous manufacturing environments. - Certifications: Basic Fire & Safety, CCTV Operations, or Industrial Security certifications are preferred. - Skills: Genetic Proficient, He should be efficient in handling synergies. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, familiarity with security software and hardware systems, and effective communication.
