Job Description

Role Overview: As a Control-M Administrator at Capgemini, you will be responsible for monitoring the Control-M infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. Your role will involve designing, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch jobs and workflows. Additionally, you will apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to maintain the Control-M environment's security and up-to-date status. Collaborating with application teams and business stakeholders to define and implement job scheduling requirements will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Creating and maintaining job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions in Control-M to meet operational needs, as well as monitoring job execution and optimizing workflows for efficiency, will be crucial in meeting SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the Control-M infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance. - Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows. - Apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to keep the Control-M environment secure. - Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the Control-M environment. - Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to define job scheduling requirements. - Create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions in Control-M. - Monitor job execution, troubleshoot issues related to job failures, dependencies, and resource allocation. - Optimize workflows and job dependencies to improve efficiency and meet SLAs. Qualifications Required: - 4-12 years of experience in L2/L3/L4 Control-M Scheduling and Administration. - Experience in migrating jobs from any scheduler to Control-M/Helix. - Proficiency in upgrading Control-M versions. - Ability to install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M Agents, and related components.
