Job Description

The Control-M Administrator is responsible for managing the Control-M environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of batch jobs and workflows. This includes scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and collaboration with application teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the Control-M infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and performance.
Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows.
Apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to the Control-M environment.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for Control-M.
Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to define job scheduling requirements.
Create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions.
Optimize workflows and job dependencies to improve efficiency and meet SLAs.
Install, configure, and maintain Control-M components, including Control-M/Server, Enterprise Manager, and Agents.
Support job migrations from other schedulers to Control-M/Helix.
Upgrade Control-M versions as required.
