Job Description

Experience on RedHat 5,6 &7 system administration, installation and configuration. (Must) Linux administration and trouble shooting. Knowledge on Kernel Patching, OS upgrade, Primary Skill - SAP BASIS Secondary Skill - SAP HANA Responsible for end-to-end management of problem tickets, including performing initial analysis as per defined instructions and templates. Update RCA tabs with required information, including preliminary problem description, solutions, and root causes following ZOR guidelines. Work closely with other technical area owners to expedite ticket processing and involve Product Support (DBS) for RCA investigations when needed. Ensure ticket creation and resolution timelines meet KPI standards (OLA within 3 business days and ZOR with CFU within 7 business days). Validate updates from technical experts before marking root cause analysis as final to maintain high-quality RCA statements. Identify and implement preventive measures to avoid Design and manage SAP security roles and authorizations (SAP GRC AC, BI Security, Fiori). Identity and Access Management (IAM) Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct regular audits. Manage and configure SAP GRC AC for effective access control. Implement and monitor Segregation of Duties (SOD). Develop and maintain security models for SAP BI environments. Configure and manage security settings for SAP Fiori applications. Provide 24/7 support for SAP security issues. Prepare and maintain security documentation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders
