Job Description:
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Assistance in finalization and negotiations of all project contracts viz., customer contracts, sub-contractors contracts, vendor contracts.
Prepare and track timeline and deliverables of the contracts and align it with the projects.
Prepare notices and responses to notices, claims on EOT and delay events.
Prepare and maintain claim register and delay register.
Proactive in legal and commercial risk identification and help project team in managing them.
Drive claims negotiation with client and subcontractors
Keep good book records of commercial and contract claims.
Commercial management and administration of complex contracts
Involve in project monthly meeting and track delays and claims.
Monthly reporting of claim status with client and subcontractors/vendors
Main commercial risk registers on delays events and propose contractual solution to project manager.
Ensure contract compliance throughout the project until commercia
