Contracts Coordinator

Role Overview: Based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the end-to-end contract and client engagement lifecycle at Aurora, primarily for Aurora's business in APAC. You will play a key role in all aspects of contract and process management, working closely with Aurora's Legal team and senior business leaders. You must have excellent organizational skills, be a confident communicator, and possess IT and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Create, prepare, review, and edit contractual documentation for Aurora's business in APAC. - Coordinate and upload client tender documentation to external portals. - Maintain accuracy of internal contract, tender, and policy documents. - Provide advice and support to teams for contract generation and process improvements. - Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes. - Communicate information to stakeholders regarding contracts and process improvements. - Generate and analyze accurate contract and project management information. - Ensure proper storage of all contracts and tender documentation. Qualification Required: - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle. - Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail. - Organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage workload independently. - Creative problem-solving abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Preferably educated to degree level. - Fluent in English. - Previous experience in legal, contract management, or project management is desirable.,
