Contract Specialist

Role Overview: You have the exciting opportunity to join Wipro Technologies as a Contract Specialist with English, where you will play a key role in building and managing strong relationships with clients in the digital client industry. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational support, facilitating communication between various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely processing of order management requests from customers according to their instructions and procedures. - Facilitate communication between partners, customers, sales, credit & collections, business support, and delivery teams. - Take ownership of front office responsibilities and coordinate activities with near- and offshore partners. - Perform checks and balances on order, revenue, and business-related issues to ensure compliance with policies. - Utilize internal tools and meet customers" expectations and key performance indicators. - Optimize processes, transfer knowledge to involved parties, and escalate professional topics to management. - Analyze processes and business cases to provide solutions for improvement. - Take on additional activities assigned by the manager and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. - Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, analytical abilities, and a rigorous working style. - Possess good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. - Exhibit problem-solving orientation, self-motivation, independence in decision-making, and teamwork capacity.
