What would you doContract Negotiations, Redlining of Contracts and Contract Management.Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are clear and enforceable. Effective contract services help minimize risks and disputes. They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time.Develop lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship. Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client Accenture procurement, legal, business teams to get to an agreement.
