Role: Contract / Part Time Talent Acquisition Associate

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with strong exposure to senior technical hiring (mid level sales hiring is a plus). This role suits someone who can manage complex searches, engage high quality talent, and deliver consistently within defined timelines. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and evaluate senior technical talent across engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and related IT domains.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand detailed role requirements and create targeted search strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including outreach, screening, coordination, feedback management, and offer closure.
• Build strong pipelines for niche technical roles and competitive sales positions.
• Maintain steady daily outreach and follow-ups to support timely funnel movement and closures.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation to support a smooth hiring process.

What We Are Looking For:

• Immediate availability.
• 2 to 5 years experience in tech hiring (IT Consulting + Product Tech background preferred).
• Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging senior talent.
• Persistence in follow-ups and comfort working toward measurable goals.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Contract Duration: 1 - 2 months.
