Contract Manager - Export

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager Export with over 10 years of experience in managing international contracts, specifically for the markets in Rest of the World (ROW) and Latin America. The ideal candidate must possess a strong expertise in export documentation, international trade regulations, and ensuring compliance with regional requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate export and distribution contracts for ROW and Latin American countries. - Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements, commercial laws, and INCOTERMS. - Collaborate with legal, sales, finance, and logistics teams for seamless contract execution. - Oversee the contract lifecycle, including tracking, renewals, obligations, and risk mitigation. - Stay updated on Latin America and ROW market regulations, including guidelines from the Ministry of Health (MoH). - Provide support for audits, internal reviews, and resolution of contract-related disputes or inquiries. Qualifications: - A degree in Law, Business, or International Trade (LLB preferred). - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in contract management, focusing on exports and international markets. - Thorough understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks in ROW and Latin America. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and contract drafting abilities. - Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and compliance requirements. Preferred Industry Experience: - Background in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or FMCG sectors. - Previous experience collaborating with distributors or partners in Latin America or ROW regions.
