Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring candidate on a contract role for HR onboarding.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Salary: 27K in hand per month

Company Transport will be provided within company defined Hiring zone.

Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, ensuring all documentation and background verification is completed on time.
Act as the SPOC for new hires until they are transitioned into the operations team.

Induction:

Conduct and facilitate structured induction programs covering company policies, code of conduct, culture, compliance, and BPO-specific processes.
Collaborate with various departments (IT, Admin, Training, Payroll) to deliver an engaging and informative onboarding experience.
Capture feedback from new hires and use insights to continuously improve the induction process.

First 90 Days Management:

Track and monitor progress of new hires during the first 90 days through periodic check-ins and feedback sessions.
Identify early warning signs of disengagement or performance issues and proactively address concerns.
Work with line managers to ensure smooth integration into teams and alignment with job expectations.
Maintain detailed trackers on onboarding status, induction completion, early attrition, and engagement metrics.

Employee Experience & Retention:

Develop and execute new hire engagement plans (e.g., buddy programs, welcome kits, surveys, etc.).
Facilitate HR connect sessions, pulse checks, and stay interviews to promote open communication.
Support initiatives to reduce early attrition and improve the overall employee experience in the BPO environment.
