Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Continental Commi I located in Indore. The Continental Commi I will be responsible for assisting the Demi Chef de Partie in food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards. Key tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking, plating dishes, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and following safety regulations. The candidate will also help in inventory management and contribute to creating a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Inventory management and ingredient preparation skills
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
• Experience in continental cuisine is an advantage
• Relevant culinary certification or equivalent experience
