About the Role

As a Content Writer + UGC Content Creator, you will be responsible for both writing and creating content across multiple formats and platforms. You’ll ideate campaign concepts, write engaging captions and scripts, and produce UGC-style videos that feel authentic, relatable, and aligned with brand voice. You’ll also create fun, cultural, and behind-the-scenes office reels to showcase our team and values.


This hybrid role blends copywriting, storytelling, and hands-on content creation — ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends and wants to bring both words and visuals to life.


Key Responsibilities

1) Content Writing & Copy

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media posts, ad creatives, captions, scripts, and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling stories for brand campaigns, weaving in brand values with creativity and relatability.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.


2) UGC Content Creation

  • Ideate and produce authentic, UGC-style videos tailored to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form platforms.
  • Create fun and relatable office culture reels showcasing team moments and brand personality.
  • Stay on top of trending audio, memes, and formats — adapt them creatively for brand use.


3) Social Media & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan and execute content calendars.
  • Support brand campaigns with integrated content ideas — combining writing, visuals, and video.
  • Analyze content performance and adapt strategies for higher engagement.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form content trends.
  • Proven ability to create UGC-style content that feels authentic and engaging.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a knack for hooks, captions, and short-form scripts.
  • Experience managing or contributing to social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Good communication skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.


Bonus: Basic video editing and familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva.
