Role Overview: We’re looking for a Content Writer who can bring the Tone Garage story to life across all digital platforms. You’ll create, manage, and grow our content presence, from reels and marketing scripts to captions, graphics, and YouTube videos,  ensuring everything aligns with our mission to make fitness simple, relatable, and transformational. Key Responsibilities Ideate, script, and produce engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — including reels, posts, stories, and video scripts. Write compelling captions, narratives, and campaign scripts that reflect Tone Garage’s & also the foundres' personality and purpose. Collaborate with the design and coaching teams to develop visuals, creatives, and video storyboards for marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts — plan calendars, schedule posts, and ensure consistent storytelling and engagement across all platforms. Monitor trends, fitness conversations, and platform insights to guide creative direction. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and story interactions to build an active and loyal community. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on data and audience feedback. Requirements1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (fitness/wellness domain preferred). Excellent writing, ideation, and storytelling skills. Strong sense of visual communication and social trends. Basic video editing (Reels, CapCut, or similar) and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools. Understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
