Content Writer

Position Overview:

The Gujarati Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality written communication in Gujarati for both internal and external audiences. The role involves drafting professional letters, government communications, press releases, media articles, and editorial content that accurately represents the brand’s voice, values, and corporate identity.
The position requires exceptional command over the Gujarati language, strong understanding of formal writing etiquette, and the ability to adapt tone and style based on audience and context—ranging from official government correspondence to media publications.

Key Responsibilities:1. Official & Government Communication

• Draft formal letters, proposals, and representations addressed to government departments, trade associations, and public authorities.
• Ensure linguistic precision, correctness of tone, and adherence to official communication standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for inputs and approvals before final submission.

2. Press Releases & Media Articles

• Write Gujarati press releases, articles, and media notes highlighting company milestones, CSR activities, trade show participation, and industry developments.
• Adapt English content into Gujarati while maintaining clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with PR and media teams to ensure timely dissemination of news and announcements.

3. Editorial & Corporate Communication

• Draft internal circulars, announcements, and messages for employees and stakeholders in Gujarati.
• Write speeches, event notes, and editorials for senior management as and when required.
• Proofread and refine all Gujarati text for grammar, structure, and tone.

4. Translation & Content Adaptation

• Translate English documents into Gujarati for press releases, newsletters, and government submissions while preserving the original context and intent.
• Support the marketing team in creating Gujarati versions of promotional and brand-related materials when needed.

5. Coordination & Documentation

• Maintain records of all communication drafts and approved versions.
• Work closely with the marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of content.
• Track publication and acknowledgment of released materials through media or government channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Gujarati Literature, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in Gujarati content writing, preferably in corporate communication, media, or government correspondence.
• Language Proficiency:
• Exceptional written and verbal command of Gujarati.
• Strong understanding of formal, administrative, and journalistic writing tones.
• Basic fluency in English and Hindi for translation and coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
