Content writer - Product Marketing Team (SaaS)

We re seeking a passionate Content Writer to join our product marketing team. You ll create engaging content across blogs, social media, website copy, and in-app UX, while also producing e-books, case studies, and analytical pieces that showcase research and strengthen Flits brand presence.

• 1+ years of experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) company
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field

• Strong storytelling and content structuring ability to make blogs and long-form content engaging and reader-friendly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical/complex ideas into easy-to-understand content

• Basic understanding of UX writing and website copywriting
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Slack, Figma, jira and other content-related tools
• Experience in SaaS B2B content marketing

During the interview process, you will be assigned the following tasks:

• Blog Writing:

  Write a short blog on a topic related to loyalty programs, wishlists, customer retention, or any eCommerce trend.

• Social Media:

  Create a caption for a social media post.

• Email Writing:

  Complete an email assignment focused on marketing or a day-to-day scenario.

• E-book Outline:

  Draft an outline for an e-book on one of the following topics:
  • The Ultimate Guide to Customer Retention
  • Best Practices for Gamification in Loyalty Programs
  • How to Turn Customers into Brand Advocates
