Policy & Research Initiative (PRI)

Role Overview

creative and research-oriented Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality written content for reports, articles, press releases, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
Collaborate with researchers and data teams to translate research findings into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.
Support the development of institutional communication materials — including brochures, presentations, and donor outreach content.
Ensure consistency of tone, clarity, and brand voice across all PRI publications and media channels.
Conduct background research to strengthen content accuracy and context.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Journalism, English, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in content writing, research communication, or editorial work
(fresh graduates with strong portfolios may apply).
Excellent command of
English
(Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage).
Familiarity with
policy, governance, or social sector themes
preferred.
Experience using
MS Office / Google Docs / Canva / WordPress
or similar publishing tools.
