About the Role:

Content Writer

Instagram, LinkedIn, printing and web content

What You’ll Do:

• Write crisp, engaging social media copy for carousels, reels, static posts, and stories tailored to different audiences:
• → School educators & parents (SEED)
• → Gen Z founders & aspirants (UG)
• → Working professionals & founders (LEAD)
• Turn ideas from founder interviews, learning programs, events, and student stories into powerful written narratives
• Stay updated with startup, education, VC, edtech, and D2C trends to write relevant and timely content
• Collaborate with the design team to match visuals with strong hooks and storytelling formats
• Develop tone-consistent copy for campaign CTAs, ads, and community messaging (WhatsApp, Mailers, etc.)
• Research and draft content for Bower’s IPs: B-Brief, founder features, masterclass snippets, and event coverage

You’re Right for This Role If You:

• Are an excellent writer who understands

  voice, audience, and nuance

• Love translating technical/sectoral ideas into bite-sized, scroll-friendly content
• Can switch tones across age groups — witty for UG, warm for parents, sharp for professionals
• Are proactive with content ideas and comfortable working at a fast pace
• Have basic knowledge of startups, VC, edtech, or education reform (a big plus!)
• Follow Instagram and LinkedIn content trends, and know what works on each

Bonus If You:

• Have worked in education, edtech, or a startup content team before
• Can write for short-form video (voiceover scripts, reel hooks)
• Understand SEO and content marketing strategy
