Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, finalizing, typing, formatting, and designing various curriculum content pieces to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with our brand standards. This role requires a strong command of language, aesthetic sensibility, and proficiency in content presentation tools.


Responsibilities:

Content Review & Finalization

  1. Review content drafts for accuracy, grammar, tone, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  2. Ensure factual correctness, clarity, and coherence in written materials.
  3. Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to finalize deliverables.


Typing & Content Entry

  1. Accurately type or digitize content from various sources (handwritten, scanned, dictated, etc.).
  2. Maintain speed and precision in data entry and document preparation.
  3. Organize and manage content databases or repositories.


Formatting

  1. Format documents, presentations, reports, and other content materials to ensure visual clarity and professional appearance.
  2. Apply consistent styles, templates, and layouts as per brand requirements.
  3. Ensure compatibility across platforms (PDF, Word, web, print).


Designing

  1. Use tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, or MS Office to enhance content presentation.
  2. Maintain consistency in fonts, color schemes, and branding elements across materials.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Indesign, or Canva.
  4. Strong eye for detail, layout, and formatting.
  5. Ability to manage time and work under tight deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
