Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of

• Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
• Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
• Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in

  insurance-related content

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of

  insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring
