About the Role

We're looking for a high-agency, multi-talented person to work directly with the founder at Stroffe. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 role—you'll be wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and making things happen across content, operations, and creative execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage shoots

  – Coordinate and execute video/photo shoots from concept to completion (you'll need to be on-ground in Bangalore for this)

• Write scripts

  – Craft compelling scripts for video content when needed

• Project manage

  – Own projects end-to-end, keeping things on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

• Create with AI

  – Leverage AI tools to create content, automate workflows, and experiment with new creative possibilities

• Be the go-to person

  – Jump on whatever needs to get done, solve problems independently, and drive initiatives forward
