Content Strategist – Multi-Brand Portfolio Location: [Hyderabas / Hybrid ] Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Industry: F&B (Cloud Kitchens), Fashion, Interior Design, Fintech Salary : 1 Lakh/month About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist to lead content planning, storytelling, and digital growth for a diverse portfolio of six brands — including three cloud kitchens, one clothing brand, one interior design studio, and one fintech micro-financing company . If you’re someone who can effortlessly shift between brand identities, build strong digital narratives, and deliver data-backed content strategies, this role is perfect for you. You will also lead a multidisciplinary creative team consisting of a Photographer, Content Editor, Social Media Manager, and interns . What You’ll Do Develop and execute content strategies for six distinct brands across F&B, fashion, interiors, and fintech. Plan and manage monthly multi-platform content calendars (social media, websites, campaigns, and more). Lead campaign ideation and execution for product launches, promotions, storytelling, and growth initiatives. Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication touchpoints. Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for better engagement, reach, and conversions. Coordinate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure smooth, timely execution of deliverables. Stay updated on digital trends, competitor landscapes, and platform innovations. Drive strong brand storytelling tailored to each industry and audience type. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, brand communication, or social media (agency or multi-brand experience preferred). Excellent writing, editing, and conceptual thinking skills. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and creative teams simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital platforms — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and emerging tools. Analytical mindset with knowledge of performance and social analytics tools. Strong leadership, organization, and project management abilities. Ability to adapt quickly across diverse industries and brand voices.
