Role Overview

Content Strategist


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy for Performance:

     Develop and execute content strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams:

     Work closely with Performance Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to craft funnel-optimized content.
  • Ad Copy & Landing Pages:

     Create high-performing ad copies, banners, taglines, hooks, and value propositions that boost CTR and reduce CAC.
  • Video & Script Content:

     Draft impactful video scripts and short-form content for performance creatives (especially for YouTube and Meta ads).
  • Data-Led Optimization:

     Analyze content performance (CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates) and iterate based on A/B test results and campaign metrics.
  • Platform Adaptation:

     Tailor messaging and tone for each platform (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining a unified brand voice.
  • Product Understanding:

     Translate financial product benefits into user-centric narratives to improve acquisition and onboarding.
