Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Content Marketer who can captivate audiences and elevate brands through compelling storytelling and impactful content. The ideal candidate is brimming with creative ideas especially for reels, shorts, and eye-catching designs and knows how to turn those ideas into results. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our content strategy, working closely with the design, digital, and social media teams. Beyond strategy, you bring a doer’s mindset: you listen deeply, think creatively, and execute flawlessly. If you are passionate about creating content that connects, inspires, and drives engagement, we would love to have you on our team


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Plan and create content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
  2. Drive the creative process by playing an active role in brainstorming, ideation, and collaboration.
  3. Manage the creation and execution of our brand content strategy and editorial calendar.
  4. Design brand campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  5. Develop an omnichannel content strategy across web, email, social, digital ads, media, etc working closely with the leadership team.
  6. nsure all content is consistent with the brand tone of voice, quality, and style across all devices.
  7. Proofread and edit all material to confirm accuracy, clarity, and conformity to layout and design.
  8. Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality and -value brand content.
  9. Monitor competition and market fluctuations to develop new strategies.


Requirements

1.      Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related major.

2.      Requires 0 to 3 years of experience in the relevant area.

3.      MBA or relevant Post Graduation will be an added advantage.

4.      Strong English speaking and writing skills.

5.      Demonstrated experience developing a content strategy framework and editorial calendar; talented omnichannel content strategist (share examples).

6.      Fair knowledge of related trends and innovative approaches related to communications marketing including earned, paid, digital, social & influencer engagement.

7.      Leadership qualities to lead and motivate the team.

8.      Candidate should possess expert knowledge on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

9.      General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Google Ads, and other digital marketing strategies.

10.   Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.

11.   Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.

12.   Brief Knowledge of Creative Terms and Basics of Digital marketing.
