About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and creative Content Strategist who can craft powerful narratives across digital platforms. You’ll lead the planning and execution of our content engine — from awareness videos to conversion campaigns — aligning every piece with brand goals and audience insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee content strategy for marketing campaigns across video, social, and website.
• Research audience insights and map content to the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and social media team to maintain content consistency.
• Optimize content for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
• Analyze content performance and present actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, marketing funnels, and audience psychology.
• Excellent communication and writing skills (English required; Malayalam a plus).
• Ability to work with creatives and drive timelines.
