Job Description: Sr. Content Strategist & Social Media Marketing Manager: International Property Company since 1958 Benham & Reeves is one of London's oldest real estate agents (founded in 1958). With 21 branches in London and 14 international offices, it offers a one-stop property service to clients worldwide. Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and creative content strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing, content development and social media management. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for property and marketing, looking to take the next step in their career. Plan, manage, and execute ad copies for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Develop engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including short-form articles, social media posts, and marketing materials (for email, social media, paid ads, and website). Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content to drive engagement and brand awareness. Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform marketing strategies. Design and produce digital brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns Scripting & storyboarding of corporate/promotional/informational/social videos, including briefing/liaising with photographers/videographers. Working with a video editor on post-production. Amplifying the reach of videos. Skills:- The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English A strong track record of delivering new content and marketing materials, with experience in using digital marketing platforms, is essential Creative and engaging copywriting skills Strong experience of the full creative process - briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation Experience working with WordPress, CRM and e-marketing systems Working knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) would be ideal but not essential - Candidates with marketing experience in international real estate (UK, Dubai etc) would be preferred,.
