Job Description: Sr. Content Strategist & Social Media Marketing Manager: International Property Company since 1958 Benham & Reeves is one of London's oldest real estate agents (founded in 1958). Role & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and creative content strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing, content development and social media management. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for property and marketing, looking to take the next step in their career. Plan, manage, and execute ad copies for marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Develop engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including short-form articles, social media posts, and marketing materials (for email, social media, paid ads, and website). Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content to drive engagement and brand awareness. Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform marketing strategies. Design and produce digital brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns Scripting & storyboarding of corporate/promotional/informational/social videos, including briefing/liaising with photographers/videographers. Working with a video editor on post-production. Amplifying the reach of videos. Skills:- The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English A strong track record of delivering new content and marketing materials, with experience in using digital marketing platforms, is essential Creative and engaging copywriting skills Strong experience of the full creative process - briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation Experience working with WordPress, CRM and e-marketing systems Working knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) would be ideal but not essential - Candidates with marketing experience in international real estate (UK, Dubai etc) would be preferred,. You have experience selling Dubai and/or London properties and a deep understanding of international real estate transactions. What You'll Do:- Drive Sales:- Sell both London & Dubai properties to Indian HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring seamless transactions and a consultative approach. Generate Business Leads:- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Build Strategic Partnerships:- Forge relationships with wealth managers, private bankers, investment advisors, family offices, and financial institutions to generate client referrals. Channel Partner Development:- Establish and grow partnerships with real estate brokers, investment firms, and other intermediaries to expand the sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management:- Manage and nurture existing HNI clients, providing tailored investment solutions that align with their global real estate portfolios. What Were Looking For :- Must-Have: • Minimum 1 year experience in selling Dubai properties, with a strong track record of closing deals & achieving sales targets. • Experience working with HNI clients in India and an existing network in the luxury property/investment space. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (fluent in written & spoken English). • Understanding of LRS remittance regulations for cross-border real estate investments. Preferred (Not Mandatory):- • Experience selling London properties. • 2-3+ years in business development, sales, wealth management, private banking, or working with UHNIs/family offices. Education:- • Masters/Post-Graduate Degree (or higher) from a recognized university.
