Content Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who has a passion for digital content, creative strategy, and storytelling. You will support content planning and execution across various platforms, helping shape how our audience experiences and engages with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Assist in creating high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, website copy, and marketing campaigns.
• Strategy Support: Contribute to developing content strategies based on target audience insights, business goals, and performance metrics.
• Market Research: Stay updated on content trends, platform best practices, and industry movements to inform content ideas and execution.
• Content Calendar Management: Help maintain and update the editorial/content calendar in coordination with the marketing and design teams.
• Performance Tracking: Collaborate on basic content analytics reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and product teams to align messaging across touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience 0- 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in content creation, social media, or storytelling (academic projects, blogs, social handles, or internships are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and content tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
