Job Summary: We're looking for a Content Strategist who’s ready to own the entire digital content strategy — from ideation to execution — across Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, Website, and YouTube Shorts. As a startup , we operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You’ll be expected to take full ownership , work independently, and align with the common goal of driving website sales through content. If you enjoy the freedom to build things from scratch, make decisions, and directly impact brand growth — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a sales-focused content calendar across all digital channels. Research trends and implement content ideas that resonate with jewelry buyers. Build and coordinate a lean content team (in-house or freelance) as needed. Align content with campaigns, launches, festive promotions, and performance goals. Optimize all content for engagement and conversion: website clicks, WhatsApp opt-ins, email opens, and product sales. Work directly with the founder to align messaging across the funnel. Track content KPIs and iterate based on real results. Track key metrics and report performance regularly using Excel or Google Sheets. Key KPIs: Website traffic & conversions from content Cost per content piece vs sales generated Instagram/WhatsApp engagement growth Content performance across Reels, Stories, Emails, and more Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or digital brand building, preferably in fashion/jewelry/beauty/D2C . Strong understanding of what kind of content converts on Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and e-commerce websites. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and taking full ownership of your content plan. Experience with organizing shoots, managing designers/editors/freelancers, and maintaining brand tone. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
