A graduate degree in English from a reputed university is preferred; however, deserving candidates from all backgrounds are welcome . Key Requirements: • Strong command of professional English—written and verbal • Experience in content creation and client communication • Ability to prepare dashboards, user manuals, and internal documentation • Working knowledge of content tools such as MadCap Flare , HubSpot , and Marketo is preferred • Basic proficiency in MS Word , PowerPoint , and Excel is expected • Detail-oriented, organised, and confident in cross-functional collaboration 🔹 Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
