Job Title: Content Sales Manager Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore Experience Required: 5-6 Years Industry: Media, Advertising, Digital Content, Auto (preferred) About PowerDrift: PowerDrift, a part of CarDekho Group, is one of India's most loved automotive content platforms known for its creative storytelling, viral video content, and deep community engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and target-driven Content Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for monetizing PowerDrift's content capabilities by pitching and closing branded content deals with automotive OEMs and digital agencies. Key Responsibilities: Pitch and sell creative content campaigns (videos, reels, influencer integrations, etc.) to OEMs and digital media agencies. Build and manage strong relationships with brand managers and agency leads. Understand client briefs, develop customized content solutions, and work closely with internal teams to deliver. Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in content sales , media sales, or brand solutions, preferably with exposure to digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and OTT. Must have a strong background in content sales (experience in selling branded content, influencer-led campaigns, or video solutions). Prior experience working with auto clients or having sold content to the automotive industry is highly preferred. Automobile enthusiasts or candidates with professional experience in the automotive ecosystem will be given added preference. Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills. Should be open to travel frequently for client meetings and business development. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own targets end to end. Why Join Us?
