About the Role:

Content Producer

Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Scripting
Write clear, engaging, and accurate
technical or educational scripts
for video content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex topics for a wider audience.
Pre-Production & Planning
Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
Set up
camera angles
and design
lighting arrangements
tailored for podcast-style or studio recordings.
Production
Coordinate or manage video shoots, including
multi-camera setups
.
Ensure audio/video quality and brand alignment during shoots.
Post-Production
Edit video and audio, add B-roll, motion graphics, and subtitles.
Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in
content/script writing
—preferably in tech or educational domains.
Hands-on knowledge of
camera operations
,
lighting
, and
sound setups
.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Experience with
multi-camera podcast or interview setups
is a strong plus.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred:
