Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, designed for a Digital Content Producer/Creator on camera for social media. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing engaging digital content across various platforms. Daily tasks include creating written and visual content, managing social media presence, optimizing content for search engines, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring consistent branding on all digital channels. The role demands creativity, organization, and strategy to enhance the company's online presence and effectively connect with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideation & Strategy

  :

   Developing content ideas that meet business objectives and audience needs, often involving research and trend analysis. 

• Creation

  :

   Writing, shooting, recording, or directing the creation of various media formats (text, images, video, audio). 

• Management & Editing

  :

   Managing content calendars, editing materials, ensuring quality, and optimizing for different platforms. 

• Distribution

  :

   Publishing content on websites, social media, or other digital channels. 

• Collaboration

  :

   Working with creative teams, writers, marketers, and actors to bring projects to life. 
• Qualification: Experience in content shoot and managing social media for brand development.
