What you'd do?

• Scripting:

  Write scripts and creative briefs for brand videos and campaigns.

• Casting:

  Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers, actors, and models for shoots.

• Shooting:

  Oversee on-ground production, ensuring smooth execution, quality output, and adherence to timelines.

• UGC Management:

  Plan, brief, coordinate, and finalize UGC creator content.

• PPM Ownership:

  Lead and document Pre-Production Meetings, aligning all stakeholders on creative direction, logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
• Maintain production calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.
  

What you should have?

• 1–3 years of experience in content production, influencer/content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of scripting, visual storytelling, and basic production processes.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and production teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle timelines efficiently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-friendly and comfortable using production, communication, and content tools.
